November was a strong month for Nintendo, an extremely strong month, so strong that the Wii outsold the PlayStation 3 by five-to-one. The nearest competitor to the Wii was the DS, which managed to sell an astonishing 1,570,000 units in the month of November.
NPD figures:
• Wii - 2,040,000
• Nintendo DS - 1,570,000
• Xbox 360 - 836,000
• PSP - 421,000
• PlayStation 3 - 378,000
• PlayStation 2 - 206,000

Wow! Nintendo were on a roll last month.
The Wii’s pwning the others currently.
I guess a factor of this could be because it is coming up to Christmas and looks like the Wii is a popular Christmas present yet again this year.
How gutted must Sony be right now…
